• The Kravchenko Club is a vibrant community where people sharing the renowned Kravchenko surname come together.
• Membership in the Club is open to anyone fortunate enough to bear the Kravchenko surname, regardless of age or geographical location.

2. Membership Conditions

• Application for Club membership (written in any form) should be sent via email: join@kravchenko.club
• Confirmation of club membership status occurs after candidate approval by the Chairman and payment of the annual membership fee.

3. Exclusive Rights of Kravchenko.Club Members

• Access to the Kravchenko clan genealogical database (when available).
• Participation in annual gatherings of namesakes (currently limited to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland).
• Publication of family stories and photographs of the Kravchenko family in the Club blog.
• Communication on the Club Forum.

5. Member Responsibilities

• Compliance with generally accepted standards of conduct.
• Respect for the history of the Kravchenko family.
• Provision of accurate information about own family branch.
• Maintenance of up-to-date information in the Club database.

6. Prohibited

• Posting of advertising content unrelated to the Club.
• Insults and disrespectful communication towards other Kravchenkos.
• Dissemination of false information about our family.
• Infringement of copyright on Club materials.

7. Termination of Membership

• Voluntary withdrawal upon submission of an application.
• Expulsion for violation of Club rules.
• Automatic blocking due to prolonged inactivity.

• A non-personalised (mentioned in the Section 2 of this text) email address refers to an address that does not include any personal names, patronymics, or geographical designations.
